The value for money at Paradise Island Estate was excellent, with a spacious and clean villa that exceeded our expectations. The location was peaceful and private, with a beautiful pool. The staff, especially Manageress Ong and driver Panu, were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay.

The breakfast option could have been improved with a wider selection or personalized options.

The location of the property is ideal for those who want to stay close to the beach. It's just a short walk away and has a stunning view. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, especially Nisah. the pool is a great feature to have on a hot day and the security guard at night was polite and helpful.

One minor issue we encountered was the lack of privacy in the garden. Though the pool was great, the garden could have used a bit more screening to protect it from the road at the side.

our recent biking in choeng mon was amazing thanks to paradise island estate. the location was perfect and the free beach shuttle was so convenient. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, especially ong who provided exceptional service. we highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic property, spacious rooms, private pool for relaxing, great for friends, family or business guests. Stellar staff, air conditioning in all rooms and common spaces. Last stay before leaving Thailand, perfect way to end the trip. Booked 4 and 3 bedroom villas for a guys trip. Nisah coordinated a private dinner with 10 courses, best meal of the trip. Easy to get in and out, onsite security and room safes. Private experience close to everything at an affordable price.

The only thing that was good about this hotel was the fact that they offered airport transfers and shuttle service to the beach. the villa had a good size for my family and the staff was polite although not that attentive. Unfortunately, these two things didn't make up for the horrible experience overall.

I had an amazing stay. The hotel facilities were great. Not only was the villa beautiful, but the pool was also clean and well-sized. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing transportation, arranging excursions, and even taking care of our laundry. The location was convenient, with the main strip of restaurants and the beach within a 10-15 minute walk.

We had a wonderful romantic escape and enjoyed the peacefulness of the hotel. The breakfast was included in our stay and was delicious. We also appreciated the helpful staff who provided great advice on nearby attractions and restaurants. The location was perfect - close enough to the beach and other attractions but far enough away to offer a peaceful retreat.

We encountered a few issues during our stay. The bathroom had a strange smell that persisted despite our complaints to staff.

My stay at Paradise Island Estate was incredible. I stayed in one of their villas during my honeymoon trip and it was exceptional. The Honeymoon Suite and the 3 bedroom villa were both spacious and tastefully decorated in a traditional Thai style. The villas offered ample facilities, towels, and toiletries, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with restaurants, bars, and a 7-11 nearby. It was easy to explore the island from here, as it was just a short moped ride into Chaweng. The staff, especially our attentive host Banana, were fantastic, and the daily cleaning service kept the whole place spotless. I will definitely book this luxurious property again next year!

The staff at the villa were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always ready to help with any requests or questions I had. The location of the villa was also great, offering privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. While it was a bit further from the main center, the beach, supermarket, and restaurants were still within walking distance. I had a wonderful time at Paradise Island Estate and highly recommend it for a luxurious and memorable stay in Koh Samui.
